Why Yoga?

It makes me feel.

It makes me feel alive. It challenges me and makes me feel satisfied. It makes me feel strong. It makes me realistic – shows me my limitations in the moment and shows the possibilities for the future. It energizes and excites. It makes me think and makes me want to share it.

It has taught me to observe, to investigate, to question. To be kind to myself, and encourage others to be kind to themselves. The more regularly I practice, the better I feel. And if I have a few weeks off, it always draws me back.

It gives me space.

Make the time. You won’t regret it.  Experience the space and joy.
