Which Class is Right for Me?
If you are unsure which class is right for you, here are some loose guidelines. Ultimately you need to try a class to see if it’s the right fit.
If you feeling a little stiff and over 40, have never done yoga, or not much, come to the Gentle Hatha Class first. In this class you can build strength and improve flexibility in a more supported way, using props where appropriate. Once you have experienced this class, we can decide together if you want to try the Tuesday class.
If you have a reasonable level of fitness, then try the Tuesday night or Saturday morning Easy Ashtanga class.
If you are pregnant, come to the Saturday 9:15am class, once you have reached 13 weeks.
If you are an active 60+ women, come to the Saturday 9:15am class this will be a great gentle class for you. All women are welcome in this class. Ease back pain and improve range of movement by strengthening the legs.
Post-Baby, start back in the any class that suits your schedule. Don’t rush back, just when you feel ready. Both Saturday classes will be suitable for you, as well as the Thursday night Gentle Hatha.
