Gentle Yoga
Thursday 6:30pm – 7:30pm – Held in Room 4
This is a very accessible class for most people.
Includes leg strengthening and some gentle core-work.
Saturday 9:15am – 10:15am – Held in Room 8
Room 8 is the very back room

Off street parking is available.
Equipment is provided but bring your own mat if you have one.
