Gentle Hatha Yoga

This is a very accessible class for most people.
Includes leg strengthening and some gentle core-work.

Pregnancy YogaSaturday 9:15am – 10:15am – Held in Room 8
This sequence is suitable for during pregnancy.
Nice for the lower back and shoulders.
All women are welcome in this class.

 

Yoga for Senior Women, 60plus yoga

All women welcome.
A gentle class to build strength in the legs and bring
confidence to your movement.
