Easy Ashtanga Yoga

Not suitable for during pregnancy.


Gentle Yoga

Yoga Class, Yoga in OnehungaThursday 6:30pm – 7:30pm – Held in Room 4
This is a very accessible class for most people.
Includes leg strengthening and some gentle core-work.
