Gentle Hatha Yoga
Gentle Hatha Yoga – a gentle flowing sequence focusing on building strength in the legs, opening the shoulders and creating space for the lower back. A great place to start if new to yoga or feeling a bit stiff. This class is very accessible for most people. Build strength in the legs and bring confidence to your movement.
A typical class consists of:
• posture awareness – back pain eases when posture is more consciously aligned
• leg strengthening to improve balance and confidence
• shoulder and hip opening poses to improve ﬂexibility and blood circulation
• gentle core-work without putting pressure on the pelvic floor.
This gentle Yoga Class runs Thursday 6:30pm-7:30pm
