Doing yoga during pregnancy can promote relaxation and help with stress management using breath awareness. A gentle ujjayi breath can be extremely grounding and centering.
If you are pregnant this class is suitable at the end of the first trimester.
A typical class consists of:
• posture awareness – back pain eases when posture is more consciously aligned
• strengthening poses to reduce back pain
• shoulder and hip opening poses to improve ﬂexibility and blood circulation.

What to bring?
Equipment is provided, but if you have your own yoga mat please bring it.
You may want to bring a small bottle of water to sip on throughout the class.

This class runs on Saturday’s 9:15am – 10:15am and is open to all women.
This class is currently on hold while we’re in Alert Level 2.
