On The Mat currently offers Beginners Ashtanga Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Gentle Hatha Yoga and a Strength and Balance class for Active women 60+.
When attending class, it would be appreciated if you can try to arrive 5 minutes before start time.
Wear something you are comfortable in and that is easy to move in.
Equipment is provided but bring your own mat if you have one.
Payment can be made via internet banking (preferred) or cash (no EFTPOS).
